Embroidery is the dominant decoration method on Champion's fleece — Reverse Weave (S101), Powerblend Eco (S700, S149), and the Authentic Originals heavyweight pieces all take embroidered left-chest logos and applique cleanly. The dense polyester-cotton blend on Powerblend buries the underlying stabilizer entirely; the heavier Reverse Weave takes 3D puff and applique embroidery as well as any blank in the catalog.
DTF prints are the right call on Champion's tee lineup (T425 Heritage, T105 Classic Cotton) and on the back-yoke or sleeve hits of the fleece pieces where artwork is multi-color, photographic, or has fine detail that embroidery would lose. The heavier Champion fleece accepts DTF prints with a clean hand and durable wash performance.
Champion specifies a 'C-logo' brand mark in a small left-sleeve location on some SKUs — when decorating these, we coordinate placement to avoid stacking customer logos directly on top of the brand mark. The most common build — left-chest embroidered logo on a Reverse Weave or Powerblend hoodie — is quoted as one all-in per-piece number against the same pricing module that runs every written quote at OTIA, with no per-piece price change between qty 12 and qty 1,200.
