What's your minimum order for a corporate gift?+
There is no minimum. We routinely engrave single pieces — a thank-you tumbler for one client, a retirement plaque for one employee, a welcome kit for one new hire. Because everything is laser-engraved or embroidered in-house, we don't have setup fees that force a minimum. Single-piece orders take the same standard production window as larger batches.
What's typical turnaround on a corporate gift order?+
Standard production is 72 hours for in-stock laser and embroidery work, with shipping or pickup after that. Engraved hardwood plaques and complex multi-component bundles typically take 5–7 business days. Bulk programs (50+ kits with assembly and individual gift-boxing) usually run 7–14 business days depending on materials in stock. Rush options are available for time-critical events.
How do you price corporate gifts?+
Pricing depends on the item, materials, decoration method, and quantity — there's no honest one-line answer. We quote each project within one business day. As reference: branded drinkware typically falls in the $25–$60 range per piece, embroidered apparel pieces in the $35–$120 range, leather gifts $50–$200, executive pieces $150–$500+. Larger quantities and simpler decoration bring per-unit cost down.
Can you handle multi-item gift kits or bundles?+
Yes — this is one of the things we do most often. A typical kit might combine a branded tumbler, an embroidered tee, a leather notebook, and a printed insert card. We source the components, decorate them in-house, hand-assemble each kit, individually gift-box them, and ship them out. You provide the recipient list; we handle the rest.
Do you offer individual gift packaging?+
Yes. Every gift can be individually boxed with hand-tied tissue, a printed insert card with your company's message, and a recipient label if you want it personalized. Gift packaging adds a small per-unit cost (typically $3–$8 per gift depending on box style) and we'll quote it as a line item so you can choose.
Can you handle branded gift cards or certificates?+
We don't issue or process gift cards directly. For programs where employees or clients choose their own gift, the common approach is to give a printed redemption certificate that we co-brand with your logo. Recipients then redeem with us for a gift in their tier. This works well for sales incentive programs and milestone recognition.
Can you drop-ship gifts directly to individual recipients?+
Yes — drop-shipping is a standard service. You provide the recipient list (name, address, optional personalization). We label each gift, drop it in the carrier's hands, and provide tracking back to you. This is the most efficient setup for remote teams, distributed sales kickoffs, and client gifting to multiple cities.
Can we upload an employee directory for personalized gifts?+
Yes. Send a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) with names, addresses, sizes if relevant, and any personalization fields (start date, milestone year, etc.). We import it, validate addresses where needed, and use it to drive engraving, sizing, packing, and shipping. We keep recipient lists confidential and delete them after the job ships unless you ask us to hold them for a recurring program.
What gift budget should we plan for per recipient?+
Common reference ranges: $25–$50 for entry-level gifts (branded drinkware, simple swag), $50–$150 for mid-tier gifts (kits, embroidered apparel, engraved leather), $150+ for executive and milestone gifts (hardwood plaques, premium leather portfolios, matched gift sets). Holiday programs often land around $30–$75 per employee. We'll quote against whatever budget you're working with — the answer scales.
Do you offer samples before we commit to a program?+
Yes for paid samples; we'll engrave or embroider a single piece in your branding so you can evaluate decoration quality before committing to a larger run. Sample fee is typically refunded against the production order if you move forward. For unbranded blanks, we can usually loan a sample from inventory.
What are lead times for popular items like tumblers, jackets, and plaques?+
Tumblers and drinkware: typically 72 hours from artwork approval. Embroidered apparel (polos, jackets, vests): 5–7 business days depending on stock. Engraved hardwood plaques: 5–7 business days. Multi-item assembled gift kits: 7–14 business days. These are standard lead times; expedited service is available for most categories.
Do you offer unbranded gift options for situations where branding isn't appropriate?+
Yes. Some corporate gifting moments — bereavement, certain executive recognition, partnership thank-yous — call for an unbranded gift, or one personalized only to the recipient. We'll engrave just a name, monogram, or message without any company logo, and use plain gift packaging.
Do you run recurring corporate gift programs?+
Yes. Many of our clients have ongoing programs: new-hire welcome kits shipped weekly, monthly sales-incentive recognition, quarterly client appreciation, annual holiday programs. We hold inventory in our Huntington facility, ship as triggers happen, and provide monthly billing and usage reports. A single account contact handles your program end-to-end.
Do you ship corporate gifts internationally?+
Domestic US shipping only at this time. We can ship to all 50 states and US territories. For programs with international recipients, the standard workaround is to ship to a domestic hub (your office, a fulfillment partner) for onward distribution. We don't currently handle customs paperwork or international carrier accounts.
How does invoicing and payment work for corporate accounts?+
Standard corporate invoicing on company letterhead, payable by ACH, check, or credit card. For recurring programs we set up monthly billing with itemized usage reports. New accounts typically pay 50% deposit / 50% on completion; established accounts move to net-30 terms after the first few orders. We provide W-9 and any vendor onboarding paperwork your AP team needs.
