The mistake on every promotional order is treating drinkware like apparel. Laser engraving on tumblers requires specific shapes and materials (anodized, powder-coated, leather wrap) — most plastic Yetis don't engrave.

Is there a minimum for branded swag?+
No minimum on most blanks. We've done 12-piece executive gift runs and 5,000-piece event giveaways with the same setup. The per-piece price drops at higher quantities, but you're never forced into a minimum order to get our standard pricing.
What's the best decoration for hats?+
Embroidery for clean logo work — it reads as polished and lasts. DTF print on hats for full-color art, photo logos, or designs embroidery can't reproduce. Leather patch with laser etching for the premium tier — that's our standard for executive gifting and high-end sponsor packages.
What art files do you need?+
Vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) are best for embroidery and patches. High-res PNG or JPG works for DTF and laser engraving. If you only have a low-res logo, we can clean it up or vectorize it in-house — usually same-day, no charge for simple marks.
Lead time on a 500-unit event run?+
Three weeks is comfortable for 500 units across a mix of tees, hats, and drinkware. Two weeks is doable on a single SKU with a digitized logo on file. For event-week rush, we hold press capacity through the season — call us first and we'll tell you honestly whether your date is reachable.
Premium vs budget pricing — how does that work?+
Same decoration quality across the board, different blank tiers. Budget tier: stock cotton tees, structured 6-panel caps, basic canvas totes. Premium tier: heavyweight tees, leather-patch caps, soft-shell jackets, YETI drinkware. We'll quote both side-by-side so you can pick the right tier per item in the kit.
