How fast can you turn around event apparel?
Typical 72-hour production once artwork is approved. We can move faster on rush — talk to us about your event date and we'll tell you what's realistic. Because all decoration is in-house, we control the schedule, not a third-party decorator.
What's the deadline for placing an event order?
Depends on the event size and your event date. For a conference of 200 in 3 weeks, we have plenty of time. For 500 sponsor polos in 5 days, we'd need to talk. Bring us your timeline and we'll tell you honestly if we can hit it.
Can you handle multiple sponsor logos?
Yes. Multi-logo events are common. We'll lay out the placement (front chest, sleeve, back) based on sponsor tiers and run a proof for each sponsor's logo before production.
Where do you ship event apparel?
To your event venue, your event coordinator, your event team's home or office, or directly to sponsors and attendees. Many events do venue drop-ship for general apparel and home shipping for VIP gifts.
