How a typical tournament order runs
8 weeks out: lock the polo style and sponsor list. 6 weeks out: digitize logos for any new sponsors. 4 weeks out: production starts. 1 week out: gift bags pre-packed by tee time. Day before play: everything delivered to the pro shop.

Do you embroider club crests on premium polos?+
Yes — that's our default for member apparel. We digitize the crest once, store the file, and reuse it for every reorder so the embroidery looks identical season to season.
How many polos can you do for a 144-player outing in 4 weeks?+
Easily. 144 embroidered polos on a stocked blank fits comfortably inside a 4-week window. Larger outings (250+ players) we'd want 6 weeks to stay comfortable.
Can you pre-pack gift bags by handicap or sponsor tier?+
Yes. Send us the tournament roster (or the tee-time sheet) and we'll pre-pack each bag with the right polo size, hat, and sponsor-tier items, labeled by name.
Do you do pro-shop stock-and-ship?+
Yes. We hold your branded SKUs at our facility and ship refills in 48 hours when the pro shop reorders. Quarterly restocking programs are popular with member-only clubs.
What's the minimum for outing polos?+
No minimum. We've done 18-player member-guest events and 288-player charity scrambles with the same level of attention.
