Source and decorate

We source from our 190+ brand catalog and decorate every piece in-house: embroidery for polos and outerwear, DTF for tees and aprons, laser engraving for any branded drinkware or gifts you add.

STEP 3

Ship to your team

Ship to each location, batch-ship to a central commissary, or directly to individual staff. Typical 72-hour production turnaround. Reorder anytime you hire.

Ship to each location, batch-ship to a central commissary, or directly to staff. Multi-location restaurants and hotels typically do a mix depending on the run size.

Do you handle back-of-house apparel — chef coats, BOH tees, aprons?

Yes. Most hospitality apparel relationships span front and back of house. Polos and button-downs for FOH, tees and aprons for BOH, hats and beanies for both. All decorated in-house.

What's the lead time for a new hire?

Typical 72-hour production once the order is placed. Most groups have new hires order their apparel on day one and receive it within the week.

How do you handle sizing across our staff?

Each staff member enters their size when they order. For larger initial fitouts, sizing kits available with sample garments for in-person try-on. Sizes are saved per staff member for reorders.
