Real-estate closing gifts and financial-advisor client appreciation are the steadiest gift programs we run. Long Island real-estate teams send engraved cutting boards, slate cheese boards, or wine-stopper sets to recent buyers; financial advisors send engraved leather journals or executive valets to top accounts at year-end; mortgage brokers and title companies send branded barware to referral partners.
