What's the minimum order?+
There is no minimum. We routinely produce single pieces — one embroidered polo for a new hire, one engraved plaque for a retirement, one branded tumbler for a client thank-you. Because everything is decorated in-house with no setup fees, single-piece orders take the same standard production window as larger batches.
How fast can you turn around a corporate merchandise order?+
Standard production is 7 days for in-stock items. Rush options are available for time-critical events — call before placing the order so we can confirm timing against current production load. Larger programs with assembly and individual gift-boxing typically run 7–14 business days depending on complexity.
Do you handle multi-item gift kits and welcome bundles?+
Yes — this is a regular workflow for us. A typical kit might combine an embroidered fleece, an engraved tumbler, a leather notebook, and a printed insert card. We source the components, decorate them in-house, hand-assemble each kit, individually gift-box them, and ship to one address or fulfill to a recipient list. You provide the list; we handle the rest.
Can I mix apparel, gifts, and promo items in one order?+
Yes. Embroidered polos for the front office, DTF-printed tees for the warehouse crew, engraved tumblers for the client open-house — all run through the same shop, ship together, and arrive on one invoice. Mixed-format programs are the most common kind of project we run.
What decoration methods do you offer?+
Three methods, all in-house: embroidery for polos, jackets, fleece, and hats; DTF printing for t-shirts, hoodies, and full-color logos; laser engraving for drinkware, leather, awards, plaques, and executive gifts. Every decoration is either stitched into the fabric or etched into the substrate, which means the branding outlasts the item.
Are there setup fees or art fees?+
No setup fees and no art fees. Pricing is per-piece for the garment or item plus a flat decoration fee per location. You'll see the same line items on a one-piece order as a thousand-piece order — there is no hidden setup, no screen fee, no digitization fee on standard logos.
Do you ship outside of Long Island?+
Yes. Production is in Huntington, NY, and we ship domestically across the US. Long Island companies often pick up directly from the shop or have us deliver locally; off-island clients ship via UPS or FedEx Ground with tracking. Bulk programs to multiple recipient addresses are handled through our fulfillment workflow.
