Real garments from our catalog

Most uniform programs build around polos and tees for daily wear, with hoodies and outerwear for cooler weather. Add hats, aprons, and hi-vis depending on the work.

Uniform consistency is the thing nobody appreciates until it slips.

The first batch of uniforms always looks great. The trouble starts at batch three. A different shop runs the embroidery this time. The logo sits a quarter inch higher. The polos are a slightly different blue. The new hire's shirt arrives a week after they started.

The fix is using the same partner every time, with saved artwork, saved garment specs, and decoration done on the same equipment. We source from your approved brand tier, decorate in-house on Long Island, and ship to individuals or to your location. The uniform you order in March matches the uniform you ordered last March.

Working with us

How an apparel relationship with OTIA actually runs

STEP 1

Spec the uniform

Tell us the garments, brands, sizes, and decoration. We propose a standard uniform spec and pricing within one business day. You approve before anything runs.

STEP 2

Source and decorate

We source from our 190+ brand catalog (Carhartt and Berne for heavy workwear; Sport-Tek and Port Authority for performance; whatever fits your work) and decorate in-house with DTF, embroidery, or both.

STEP 3

Reorder on your schedule

When you hire, when seasons change, when you open a location — you place the next order and we run it against the same saved spec. Typical 72-hour production turnaround.

Common questions

Questions we hear about uniforms & workwear

What brands do you recommend for workwear?

It depends on the work. Heavy duty trades: Carhartt, Berne, Dickies. Hospitality and service: Sport-Tek, Port Authority, Red Kap. Performance work: Nike, Adidas, OGIO. We'll recommend a brand tier when we scope the program.

Embroidery or DTF — which is right for our uniforms?

Polos, hats, and outerwear usually get embroidered for a polished look that holds up to washing. Tees, sweatshirts, and hi-vis garments usually get DTF for vivid color and durability. We'll recommend the right approach based on the garment and how it'll be worn.

How do you keep colors consistent across batches?

Same garment supplier, same artwork files, same decoration equipment, same operators. We save the exact decoration specs (color, placement, size, garment style) so every reorder pulls from the same source. Batch-to-batch variance is minimal because nothing changes between runs.

What's the turnaround on a new hire's uniform?

Typical 72-hour production once the order is placed. For new hires, most customers either send a link for the employee to order themselves, or place the order with a standard kit. Either way it's in their hands within the week.
