Polar Camel, YETI-style, glassware, growlers, stainless mugs. The unbox feels like a real product.
On hats, jackets, beanies, and bags — branded for life, with the texture of the material doing the work.
Slate, wood, glass, and acrylic for recognition, retirement gifts, and corporate thank-yous.
Add names, dates, and titles without setup fees. Great for groomsmen kits, client gifts, and VIP runs.
In-house process
How OTIA does it.
Produced in-house on Long Island. No middlemen, no broker markup — just the technical work that makes the difference.
AI, SVG, EPS, or vector PDF. Don't have one? Send what you have and we'll vectorize it before the laser fires.
Power, speed, and focal length are tuned per material. Anodized tumblers, leather, slate, and powder-coated steel each get their own settings.
CO2 laser burns or etches the design into the surface — permanent, dishwasher-friendly on most drinkware. Most orders ship in 5-10 business days; rush available.
Technical specifics
The details that decide quality.
Anodized tumblers etch to a clean stainless silver under the powder coat — high-contrast, premium, dishwasher-safe on the engraving itself. Glassware etches to a frosted white. Stainless and bare metal go light gray.
Real leather and faux-leather (laserable cap patches) engrave with controlled char — the signature dark-burn look you see on premium hat brands. We sew or hot-melt patches in-house.
The laser cuts paths. Raster art (JPG, PNG) gets traced before firing — fine gradients and soft edges get lost. Send vector and the result is sharp. If you only have raster, we redraw it cleanly.

Not quite the right fit?
Putting your logo on a shirt instead?
Laser is for drinkware, leather, and hard goods. For shirts, hoodies, and bags, DTF gives you full-color prints; embroidery gives you the premium stitched look. Both done in-house too.

Common questions
Frequently asked.
What's your turnaround on engraved drinkware?
Most drinkware orders under 100 pieces ship in 5-7 business days after artwork approval. Larger runs and mixed-color orders take 7-10. Rush is available — flag it at quote and we'll confirm same-day.
Is the engraving dishwasher-safe?
Yes on the engraving itself — there's nothing to peel or fade because the mark is in the material. Follow the drinkware manufacturer's care instructions for the rest of the product.
Can you engrave a YETI or RTIC I already own?
Yes, we do customer-supplied drinkware on a case-by-case basis. Email us with the item and a photo of the art and we'll quote it.
What art files do you need?
Vector (AI, SVG, EPS, or vector PDF) is required for laser. If you only have a raster file (JPG, PNG), we'll vectorize it cleanly before production. Send what you have.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum. Single-piece gifts and personalization are common. Larger runs share setup time so per-piece pricing improves with quantity.
How is engraving pricing calculated?
Item cost plus an engraving fee per location — $10 for the first engraving and $4 for each additional. Complex or oversized engravings may price slightly higher; we'll flag it at quote.
