What we've learned.
What buyers in this vertical consistently get wrong — and what we have actually seen in production.
Observation · 01
Hotel and hospitality programs run on turnover. Plan apparel like a standing order — monthly drops, not annual ones — so new hires aren't waiting two weeks for a shirt that fits.
Observation · 02
Front-desk and concierge staff want a polo or button-down that reads polished even after a double shift. Embroidery wears better than print over nightly washes.
Observation · 03
Pre-pack by role, not just by size. Front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and bell staff each need a different SKU set — bundle them in the order so the GM doesn't sort shirts on arrival.

Front-desk polos & concierge button-downs
The first uniform a guest sees sets the tone for the stay. Embroidered polos and structured button-downs read polished without crossing into stiff. We default to embroidery for anything guest-facing — it ages better through commercial laundry cycles than print does.
- Embroidered logo at left chest or sleeve
- Performance fabrics that hold a press
- Sizes XS–6XL across most stocked blanks

F&B service apparel — restaurants, bars, banquet
Hotel F&B operations need the same split a standalone restaurant needs: front-of-house apparel that takes a press, back-of-house apparel that takes heat. We run both off the same property account so a banquet captain and a line cook are wearing branded gear from the same shop.
- FOH polos, button-downs, and aprons
- BOH tees and bistro aprons rated for kitchen heat
- Embroidery on aprons; DTF on event-tier service tees

Housekeeping & back-of-house
Housekeeping, engineering, and BOH staff need apparel that survives heavy commercial laundry. Heavyweight tees and structured work shirts with embroidered department patches outlast printed graphics on the wash cycles property laundries run.
- Heavyweight tees rated for industrial wash
- Embroidered department patches over printed
- Color-coded by department for property managers

Welcome kits for new hires
Onboarding a new front-desk agent, concierge, or F&B server? We pre-pack a welcome kit — embroidered polo, name-tag-ready button-down, branded notebook, and a thank-you card — shipped to the property before day one. New hires walk in already in uniform.
- Pre-packed by hire, shipped to property

- Optional manager dashboard for role + size selection

FAQ
Frequently asked.
Short answers to the questions buyers in this industry ask first.
Can you handle a property-wide rollout across multiple departments?+
Yes. Send us your org chart (or a role list) and we'll build a private catalog with the right blank, color, and decoration per role — front desk, concierge, F&B, housekeeping, engineering. Staff order from a closed catalog so nobody picks the wrong shirt.
How do you handle staff turnover and ongoing reorders?+
Standing-order programs are the default for hospitality groups. We hold your digitized logos and approved SKUs on file. When a new hire onboards, your GM or HR rep places a one-line order and the welcome kit ships pre-packed. Reorder cadence is usually weekly or biweekly.
Will embroidery hold up to commercial laundry?+
Yes, when the fabric weight and stitch density are right. Performance poly-blend polos and structured wovens take embroidery cleanly and survive commercial wash cycles. We'll flag any garment that isn't a good match for embroidery before you place the order.
Can you match our brand standards across multiple properties?+
Yes. Send us your brand book — approved colors, logo placement rules, font specs — and we'll build a private catalog with only the compliant options. This works well for hotel groups managing 3+ properties under shared brand standards.
How fast can you turn a property-wide rollout?+
Typical 50–150-staff property: 3–4 weeks from spec lock to delivery. That covers logo digitizing, fit-sample run, full production by role, and shipping. Larger resort properties (300+) we'd plan for 5–6 weeks. Standing reorder programs ship in 5–7 business days once approved SKUs are on file.
