How fast will you respond?
Within one business day, usually faster. If you reach out before noon ET on a weekday, you'll typically hear back the same afternoon. Production updates on in-flight orders are answered same-day during shop hours.
What's the fastest way to reach you?
For quotes and project scoping, the quote form gets the structured info to us fastest. For quick questions, email is best — Anthony reads the inbox directly. Phone works for urgent timing questions on an active order.
What info should I send to get a real answer?
Tell us what kind of organization you're outfitting, roughly how many pieces, what kind of garment (polos, hoodies, hats, etc.), the decoration method if you know it (embroidery, DTF, laser), and any in-hands date. Artwork is great but not required at first contact.
Do you take walk-ins?
We're a working production shop, not a retail storefront, so we ask that you call or email to book a visit. We're happy to walk through the floor, show samples, and look at artwork in person — just give us a heads up so a real person is available to host you.
Where are you located?
205 East Main Street, Suite 2-1, Huntington, NY 11743. We're in downtown Huntington, on the second floor. Parking is available on East Main Street and in the municipal lots one block over.
Do you ship outside Long Island?
Yes — we ship nationwide to the continental United States. Most orders go out via UPS or USPS depending on weight and timeline. Local Long Island delivery and pickup at the Huntington shop are also options.
Can I get a sample before placing a full order?
On larger orders or when artwork is unusual, yes — we can run a single decorated sample before committing the rest of the run. We'll flag whether a sample makes sense for your project when we send the quote back.

Anthony Mann (Founder + Production Lead) reads incoming production and quote messages. Kristen Cowley (Founder + VP of Sales) handles ongoing programs, corporate accounts, and recurring uniform programs. There's no support tier in between — you reach the founders directly.
