Why this combo

District polos — fit, fabric, decoration tradeoffs

District is SanMar's softer-hand house brand — ringspun cotton tees, tri-blends, and mid-weight fleece with a retail-style fit at a mid-tier price.

Polos are the natural home for embroidery — the tight knit takes a left-chest logo cleanly without puckering or hooping marks. District's polo line stitches consistently across long runs; DTF is the right call only when the artwork is multi-color or photographic.

FAQ

District polo questions we get most often

What does a custom District polo cost at OTIA?

District polos are priced per piece — garment cost plus a flat per-location decoration fee. The per-piece price is the same at 1 piece or 1,000 pieces; OTIA does not run quantity-break tiers. See /pricing for the live calculator with the full per-piece breakdown.

Is there a minimum on a custom polo order?

No minimum. Single-piece orders are routine here — one embroidered polo for a new hire ships the same way a 200-piece program ships, with the same per-piece price and the same standard production window.

How fast can you turn around a polo order?

Standard production is about 7 business days from artwork approval for in-stock blanks. Rush options are available for time-critical events — reply to the quote with your in-hand date and we'll confirm whether the timeline is achievable before you commit.

Are there setup fees or art fees?

No setup fees and no art fees on standard logos. Pricing is per-piece for the garment plus a flat per-location decoration fee. A one-piece order shows the same line items as a thousand-piece order.

Can I mix District polos with other brands in one order?

Yes. Mixed-brand programs are routine — District polos alongside another brand's outerwear or hats all ship together on one timeline and one invoice. Mixing brands doesn't change per-piece decoration pricing.

What decoration methods work best on District polos?

Embroidery is the dominant decoration method on District polos — the knit takes a left-chest logo cleanly with no puckering across long runs. DTF is the right call when the artwork is multi-color, photographic, or has fine detail embroidery would lose.
